About the Role: Mid-Level Automotive Technician

As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers by diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities:

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, wheel alignments, and tire installations.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication.
• Mentor junior technicians and document all work accurately.
• Follow safety policies and report safety issues.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles, electrical, air conditioning, and fuel systems.

Shift Information:

Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
