Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services professionally, ensuring excellent guest experience.
• Mentor and learn about new automotive technologies in a team environment.

What Our Automotive Technicians Do:

1. Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.
2. Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems such as brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning.
3. Participate in formal training to stay updated on automotive technology.
4. Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping.
5. Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis and problem-solving.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension.
• ASE A5 Certification in Brakes.
• State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification.

Additional Considerations:

• Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and applications.
• Use of tools and product knowledge to make recommendations to guests.
