Job summary

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Collection Manager to support MCIA at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

The role requires managing multi-INT collection strategies, evaluating MOEs/MOPs, and maintaining a TS/SCI clearance, with 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Experience managing multi-INT collection strategies and evaluating collection effectiveness using MOEs and MOPs.
• 8+ years of experience relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze intelligence requirements and determine resource availability and capacity.
• Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor, and task collection requirements.
• Develop and activate multi-INT collection strategies to close intelligence gaps.
• Submit and track HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT collection requirements in support of all-source analysts.
• Evaluate reporting, identify unsatisfied and new requirements, and update collection planning.
• Plan and coordinate blended operations and support activities for CONUS and OCONUS operations and brief leadership on status.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, analytic, and CI components to ensure the integrity of ongoing operations.
