Job summary

Streamline Defense is seeking a junior-level OSINT Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

Responsibilities include conducting OSINT tasks, using COTS tools, maintaining databases, producing OSIRs, and mentoring Marines in OSINT tradecraft.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Completion of a joint-accredited OSINT course.
Experience with managed attribution and OSINT collection tradecraft.
3+ years of relevant analytical experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 7 years total experience substituted).
Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and to apply structured analytic techniques.

Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT activities in response to RFIs and tasking, refine requirements, collect and exploit online open-source information, and report in the required format.
Employ COTS tools to aggregate, structure, visualize, and assess open-source information and evaluate the relevance, veracity, and credibility of sources.
Use managed attribution software and associated online tradecraft, understanding the limits of MA tools.
Populate and maintain databases in coordination with data analysts and data scientists; document data structures and identify patterns and correlations.
Produce Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and briefings that meet ICD 203/206/208, DoD NIC OSINT, and MCIA standards.
Train and mentor Marines in OSINT tradecraft and support MCIA's Expeditionary OSINT Course.
