Job summary

Streamline Defense seeks a junior-level Collection Manager to support MCIA at Quantico, VA. Immediate-fill, funded program delivering all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

Responsibilities include developing collection requirements, coordinating multi-INT strategies, and briefing leadership. Active TS/SCI clearance and a related degree are required; 3+ years of relevant experience with recent work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience developing and submitting collection requirements across multiple INTs.
• 3+ years of experience relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (an additional 4 years of relevant experience, 7 years total, may substitute for the degree).
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and to apply structured analytic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze intelligence requirements and determine resource availability and capacity.
• Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor, and task collection requirements.
• Develop and activate multi-INT collection strategies to close intelligence gaps.
• Submit and track HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT collection requirements in support of all-source analysts.
• Evaluate reporting, identify unsatisfied and new requirements, and update collection planning.
• Plan and coordinate blended operations and support activities for CONUS and OCONUS operations and brief leadership on status.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, analytic, and CI components to ensure the integrity of ongoing operations.

Streamline Defense is seeking a junior-level Collection Manager to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
