Job summary

Streamline Defense seeks a mid-level Cyber Systems Analyst to support MCIA at Quantico, VA. Immediate-fill on an active program delivering all-source intelligence for decision makers.

Responsibilities include all-source analysis, producing assessments and briefings to ICD 203/206/208, and developing collection strategies to close gaps. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of DoD-related analysis, and IC collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years in cyber threat intelligence analysis for DoD programs or operations.
• Ability to work independently and lead research on complex problems.
• Experience collaborating across the IC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies.
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA requests.
• Produce written assessments and briefings meeting ICD 203/206/208 standards and MCIA processes.
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies to close them.
• Support Threat Steering Groups to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions.
• Develop VOLTs, CIPs, and Capability Development Threat Summaries for acquisition programs.
• Assess cybersecurity posture of USMC defense programs and prioritize cyber threats.
• Analyze foreign capabilities to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC emissions and signals across the cyber kill chain.
