Job summary

KaiHonua, LLC, headquarted in Hawaii, is seeking a Mid Installation Analyst to provide programmatic, acquisition, and contract support to PMW 150. The role supports lifecycle acquisition management of tactical communications systems and enables program execution in alignment with DoD 5000 series directives, Navy policies, and federal acquisition regulations.

The position requires a Secret security clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Supporting Navy or Marine Corps programs preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support program schedules, risk management processes, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with preparation and review of procurement packages, SOWs, and PWS.
  • Assist with installation planning and coordination with government and contractor teams.
  • Provide progress reports on issues related to installation planning and resource execution.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Track data on cost, schedule, and performance related to PMW 150 installation budgets.

Overview

KaiHonua, LLC has an immediate opening for a Mid Installation Analyst that provides programmatic, acquisition, and contract support to Program Manager Warfare (PMW) 150. This role supports lifecycle acquisition management of tactical communications systems and enables program execution in alignment with DoD 5000 series directives, Navy policies, and federal acquisition regulations.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:

  • Support program schedules, risk management processes, and performance tracking
  • Support the preparation and review of procurement packages, Statements of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS)
  • Assist with installation planning
  • Provide progress status reports on significant technical or programmatic issues or concerns related to installation resource planning, execution and integration Coordinate across government, contractor teams, and external stakeholders (NAVWAR, SYSCOMs, Fleet representatives)
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and executive-level presentations
  • Develop, collect, analyze, and track data representing cost, schedule, and performance related to PMW 150 installation budgets, maturity of products
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of PMW 150 installation policy documents, processes, and procedures
  • Track and assist in resolution of action items and issues affecting installation of PMW 150 systems
  • Assist in preparing program plans and guidance documents, including strategic plans and roadmaps that address organizational approaches
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Certifications

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.

Security Clearance

Position requires a Secret security clearance. Must be a US citizen.
