Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Mid-Grade Policy and Concepts Analyst - NEC to support national NC2/NC3 policy, planning, and concept development. You will translate complex guidance into actionable requirements and collaborate with DoD and senior leadership to ensure alignment across directives.

Ideal candidates have extensive NC2/NC3 experience, strong analytical writing and briefing skills, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in NC2/NC3 operations, capabilities, and procedures.
• Knowledge of CJCS/USSTRATCOM policy frameworks and directives.
• Minimum 3 years supporting CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDs and staffing complex packages.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with national-level policy and planning processes is preferred.

• Support national NC2/NC3 policy development and integration.
• Translate strategic guidance into operational requirements and executable plans.
• Assist senior leadership with decision-quality products and briefs for key forums.
