A defense engineering firm located at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Mid-Grade Policies and Concepts Specialist. The role requires support for NC3 operations, with responsibilities in providing advisory services, assessing operational risks, and developing strategic recommendations. Candidates should have a strong background in NC2/NC3 operations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures.
• 3+ years developing responses for Senior-level documentation (CONOPS, OPLANS, etc.).
• 3+ years staffing complex packages and adjudicating content.
• 3+ years participating in NC2/NC3 forums.
• Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide Advisory and Assistance Support to NC3 Enterprise Center.
• Oversee and manage NC3 operations, assessing risk and developing recommendations.
• Support strategic deterrence and NC3 operations as outlined in the National Defense Strategy.
