Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks an Enterprise Governance Analyst for NC3 governance in the National Capital Region. You will support senior Air Force leadership in NC3 forums, prepare executive read-ahead materials, talking points, and briefing packages, and coordinate inputs from multiple commands.

The role requires three to ten years of NC3/DoD governance experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and on-site work in the NCR with security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of NC3, nuclear command and control, or governance/analysis experience.
• Knowledge of NC3 missions, systems, or policies.
• Experience supporting DoD governance forums or senior leader decision processes.
• Ability to translate technical findings into executive materials.
• Experience developing read-ahead materials, talking points, and meeting summaries.
• Ability to consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leader participation in NC3 governance forums and meetings.
• Analyze technical, operational, policy, and program issues affecting NC3.
• Review positions and assess impacts for senior leaders.
• Develop read-ahead materials, briefing packages, and issue papers.
• Coordinate inputs across Headquarters Air Force and major commands.
• Prepare meeting summaries documenting risks, decisions and actions.
• Maintain action item trackers and support timely completion.
