Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst Mid for a 6+ month contract in Irving, TX (onsite). You will work with Rewards and Fuel Loyalty teams to define KPIs and deliver insights across dashboards and reports.

The role requires advanced SQL on Databricks, Python, and Power BI expertise to measure performance and drive decisions. You will analyze customer engagement, loyalty programs, and promotions, presenting findings to product and leadership stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in data analytics, product analytics, or BI.
• Advanced SQL experience on cloud platforms (Databricks/Spark SQL).
• Dashboards/reports for business stakeholders (Power BI or Tableau).
• Hands-on Python for data analysis and validation of data quality.

Mansioni

• Embed analytics for Rewards and Fuel Loyalty product teams and define KPIs.
• Build and maintain master analysis tables in Databricks (SQL/Python).
• Create Power BI dashboards and recurring reports with consistent definitions.
• Measure offers/promotions using test vs. control and cohorts.
• Analyze engagement data (Mixpanel) alongside transactions; identify gaps.
• Deliver ad hoc deep dives and present findings to leadership.
