Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Mid-level Business Analyst focused on e-Commerce to analyze requirements and document processes for business users and developers.

You will liaise with the system development team, monitor new developments, and assist with UI and module management, ensuring clear communication and quality delivery. The role requires 5–8 years of business process analysis, a Bachelor’s in IT or MIS, and bilingual English/Korean skills, with practical e-Commerce system experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or MIS.
• Bilingual English and Korean, reading/writing/speaking.
• 5–8 years of business process analysis experience; sales or logistics helpful.
• Experience with e-Commerce systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and create documentation to communicate between business users and development team.
• Coordinate with system development team; monitor and test for new development.
• Perform business process analysis and communicate findings clearly.

Mid. Business Analyst (e-Commerce) Responsibilities: The role will primarily involve business analyst and communication with system development team work, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Responsibilities cover, analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business user and development team include monitoring and testing for new development.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both 5-8 years of business process analyze experience (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus)

Required Skills: Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner Experienced database development skills including advanced SQL programming

Preferred Skills: Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different Samsung divisions Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus

Pay Range: $80,000/year to $92,000/year
