Responsibilities

• Lead real estate strategy and end-to-end program execution for the Mid-Atlantic sub-region.
• Gather and document business requirements; analyze demand for market positioning.
• Own delivery outcomes by managing scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets across multiple initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact for business stakeholders on project status, risks, decisions, and communications.
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Coordinate across real estate functions to ensure integrated delivery.
• Partner with finance to align space demand and delivery plans.
• Conduct portfolio and space analyses to evaluate options and needs.
• Triaga real estate requests and prioritize work to meet timelines.
• Plan and execute employee moves when volume requires.
• Maintain data in space management and capital planning systems.
