Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Americas West Real Estate team seeks a Senior Associate on the Business Management group to drive analytics, strategy, and leadership reporting for a 14mm+ square feet portfolio across multiple locations.

You will partner with the Region Head, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver executive-ready presentations while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in business management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a chief of staff role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights and decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong time management and prioritization, with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), LLM prompting, and other relevant tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Databricks, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine and adhoc business management reporting, succinctly communicate findings to senior management, and maintain data integrity within source systems.
• Conduct thorough quantitative and logical analyses to support business decisions, and strategic planning.
• Engage with teams across regional and functional organizations to implement and support process improvements.
• Ensure meetings are thorough and well run with clear goals, pre-reads, documented outcomes and accountable follow-through.
• Quickly grasp business context, distill complex problems into clear narratives and impactful executive-ready presentations, with a strong focus on data visualization and storytelling.
• Independently manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
