Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to oversee safety initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic Region. You will provide management, coordination, and technical expertise in safety, health, and environmental compliance, and help develop policies, procedures, and training.

You will lead gap analyses, promote zero-accident goals, and collaborate with clients to implement effective safety programs. Expect travel up to 25% and a focus on building a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety/related field.
• CHST or OHST designation acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years construction safety experience.
• OSHA 500 certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analyses of client safety programs.
• Develop procedures and training to achieve zero accidents.
• Inspect projects to identify hazards and abate them.
• Write safety plans and job hazard analyses.
• Oversee accident reports and investigations.
• Promote a culture of safety and ethics within the client organization.
