Job summary

Arcticom, LLC in Quantico, VA is seeking a Mid Analyst to support analysis, metrics, and requirements development. Responsibilities include on-site data collection, testing, and reporting to improve test and status updates.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), at least five years with Ground Based Air Defense Systems, and an Active SECRET clearance, with strong MS Office and C2/testing experience. Travel to CONUS sites as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in working groups supporting analysis, metrics, and requirements development

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or applicable work experience)
• Level of Experience Requirements: At least five years' experience with Ground Based Air Defense Systems
• Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
• Must have previous direct experience testing, evaluating, and operating and/or maintaining aviation or ground command and control (C2), weapons, or information exchange systems
• This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance

Additional Qualifying Factors
