Job summary

Arcticom, LLC in Quantico, VA seeks a Mid Administrative Specialist to support program tasks, coordinate government communications and ensure contract compliance in a dynamic office setting. Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM ET; no travel anticipated.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least five years of relevant experience, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and MS Project, and ability to work with aviation or C2 systems. Active SECRET clearance preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least five years of experience in the specific field.
• Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project.
• Direct experience testing, evaluating, and operating and/or maintaining aviation or ground command and control (C2), weapons, or information exchange systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the execution of all program tasks
• Maintain regular communication to keep the Government apprised of all program issues and status
• Accountable for ensuring all sub-contractors are compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Ensure all Contact Data Requirements List (CDRL) items are high quality and delivered on time
• Review expense reports to meet the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) Guidelines
• Review invoices for accuracy and to meet Contract requirements
• Assist with developing Monthly Status Reports

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
