Job summary

Arcticom, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support program-level activities at Quantico, VA. The role requires an active SECRET clearance, 10+ years in technical PM, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include systems engineering liaison, risk and safety analysis, and program execution management. In this position you will perform system integration reviews, support new program development, and contribute to assessments across DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities (systems engineering, risk, safety, production, modeling, scheduling, testing, cyber security, software management).
• Perform system integration including technical reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, and new program development.
• Facilitate assessments of CMDS, C-UAS, C-RAM, MSHORAD and related acquisition programs to support organizational planning.

• Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities to include:

• Facilitate assessments of Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS), Counter -Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM), Maneuver Short Range Air Defense (MSHORAD) and Air Defense missile-related-acquisition programs to support organizational planning and development within PM GBAD.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Level of Experience Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems
• 10+ years’ experience in technical project/program management
• Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills
• Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project
• Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

• This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP – Project / Program / Portfolio Management Professional
• Certified Agile Scrum Master
• Master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements

• This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation “safety-sensitive” functions.

Additional Qualifying Factors
