Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical ICU on a seasonal/PRN night schedule at the Pine Ridge campus in Naples, FL. The RN delivers patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and participates in life-saving interventions as needed.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, and education, with ongoing focus on safety and infection

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of Florida or compact license required.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred when available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care following nursing process and procedures.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record and ensure patient education.
