Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge Campus in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical ICU on a Seasonal/PRN Nights schedule. The MICU RN will provide patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and deliver medications and education per orders.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Documents care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
