Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure required (State Licensure) and ACLS/PALS as preferred
• BCLS required

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Documents findings and reports changes to the care team accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the care team.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
