Providence Health and Services is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the unit director in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services on each shift. The ANM will manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers and provide input on performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN).
• Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shift.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and supervising to clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
• Collaborate with the unit director/manager to plan, organize, direct and evaluate services.
