Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the unit director in coordinating clinical and operational activities across shifts. The ANM will oversee clinical staff, promote patient-centered care, and help ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, regulatory compliance, and partnership with leadership to implement policies and drive excellence in care delivery at our Everett campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and operational activities for assigned shift.
• Provide managerial presence for all shifts.
• Coach, mentor and supervise care team members.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
