Job summary

Providence is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services across shifts. You will manage both clinical and non-clinical caregivers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ANM will provide input for performance evaluation, coach staff, and collaborate to deliver high-quality care, ensuring priorities are met and standards upheld on every shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS/BSN).
• Oregon RN license upon hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities.
• Support unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and collaboration to deliver quality patient care while ensuring policy compliance.
