Job summary

Microwave West (MWW) is seeking reliable Production Operators for day and night shifts in Van Buren, Indiana. You will assist with daily production activities in the Microwave West department, monitor processes, and help ensure food safety, quality, and GMP compliance.

Candidates should be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior food production experience helps but is not required, and steel-toed boots are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities in the Microwave West department.
• Monitor production processes and help ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow established food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures.
• Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems to the appropriate team leader.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Complete required production paperwork and quality checks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed to support department operations.
