Job summary

Microwave West (MWW) is seeking a Production Operator to support its popcorn manufacturing line on day and night shifts. You will assist with daily production activities, monitor processes, ensure product quality, and follow GMPs to keep a safe, clean facility.

This hands-on role rewards reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Previous manufacturing or food production experience is helpful but not required; steel-toed boots are needed to meet site safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities in the Microwave West department.
• Monitor production processes and help ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow established food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures.
• Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems to the appropriate team leader.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Complete required production paperwork and quality checks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed to support department operations.
