Microwave Techniques, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive new business and support existing accounts from Gorham, ME. The role emphasizes technical sales, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams to tailor RF and microwave solutions to customer needs.

The position favors on-site work in Gorham but allows hybrid or remote arrangements for the right candidate, with travel as needed to client sites and industry events.

Formación

• 3–5 years in sales engineering or related technical sales.
• Engineering or related science degree preferred but not required with strong experience.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% domestically and internationally.
• CRM experience and MS Office/Adobe proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching target markets and building relationships.
• Monitor market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support growth of existing accounts by understanding customer applications and purchases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer needs and guide product development.
• Travel to customer facilities to strengthen relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and deliver presentations to support customer understanding and project success.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
