Please Note: This position supports our 2^nd shift. You will be paid a 10% pay premium while working the 2^nd shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, with a 4/10 workweek, working Monday to Thursday and having Fridays off.

Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time onsite at a BAE Systems facility.

Responsibilities

Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Perform activities across various areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering. Interact with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 4 years with high school diploma or GED
• 2 years with an Associate's Degree
• No experience required with a Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to secure a secret clearance
• Experience leading teams
• Experience with MS Office productivity software

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Secret clearance (preferred)
• Experience leading teams and managing projects
• Servant leadership mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Microwave manufacturing experience preferred; other manufacturing experience welcome
• Continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well within a cross-functional team

Pay Information

Full-time salary range: $66,084 - $112,343. Salaries are determined based on market pay structures, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
