• 3-5 years of experience supporting collaboration products: MS Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Geneysys and WebRTC
• Experience in deployment and implementation project team procedures
• Experience designing, testing and deploying enterprise applications for production and other environments
• Strong end-user support
