Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Microsoft security architecture engagements. You will own end-to-end solution architecture across Purview, Defender, Intune, and related platforms, guiding cross-functional teams and translating complex requirements into actionable strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Purview knowledge, and experience in enterprise security architecture within a professional services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant cybersecurity/ privacy/ data governance experience.
• Hands-on architecture/delivery experience with Microsoft Purview across capabilities.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across client and third-party stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security and data protection engagements from discovery to benefits realization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Microsoft Purview and related cloud/security platforms.
• Incorporate Purview into broader security architectures and data governance.
• Translate business and control requirements into target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews, maturity assessments, and transformation programs.
• Mentor junior resources and provide architecture direction to teams.
