Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Consulting Practice. You will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM project implementations from design through deployment, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will manage client delivery, train teams, and coordinate staffing while engaging with leadership and stakeholders. Travel up to 25% is expected; based near a major RSM office.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Management or related.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM tools (FCCS/PBCS/ARCS/NSPB/Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial reporting, and US GAAP.
• Ability to read and write Essbase and Groovy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery activities within assigned accounts and take ownership of overall project success.
• Conduct training sessions, design walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and present design documents based on client requirements and manage implementation design.
• Provide best practice recommendations and enhancements to clients.
• Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, and budgets while coordinating with project teams.
• Support staffing on projects to ensure proper balance of work across levels.
• Invest in talent through development opportunities and constructive feedback.
• Network internally to promote the practice and service offerings.
