Job summary

SEACORP is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Software Engineer to join a team delivering enterprise applications on the Power Platform. You will design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end components using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and APIs for enterprise workflows.

The role involves collaborating with Government stakeholders to refine user stories, ensure security, and support deployment and lifecycle management in Newport, RI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems).
  • Experience: 0-7 years of experience.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Create intuitive data entry forms, dashboards, and mobile-friendly user interfaces.

Microsoft Power Platform Software Engineer

SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Microsoft Power Platform Software Engineer.

Job Summary: SEACORP is looking for software developers to provide engineering support for the development, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise applications utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. The software/application developers will be capable of designing, developing, integrating, testing, documenting, and maintaining enterprise business applications that support operational processes such as inspections, asset tracking, workflow automation, and data management. Developers will be part of a team providing Power Platform Front-End and Back-End Development.

Responsibilities
  • Front-End development: Design and develop user-facing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Creating intuitive data entry forms, dashboards, and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
  • Developing applications that function in both connected and offline environments.
  • Testing applications and supporting documentation development.
  • Working directly with Government stakeholders to refine user stories and implement requested functionality.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories — Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting < 40 lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
