Job summary

Themesoft Inc. seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Architect on a contract basis in the Oakland, CA area to lead enterprise Power Platform initiatives.

You will define the overall architecture, design complex Power Apps, flows, dashboards, and integrations, while enforcing governance and best practices. Preferred familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD, plus Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Data modelling, integration techniques, and API development experience.
• Experience designing and developing complex business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall architecture for Power Platform solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security.
• Design and develop complex Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power Platform development.
• Development and Implementation: Lead the development team in building high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for Power Platform development and usage.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.

Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, integration techniques, and API development.
