Job summary

iLabs Inc is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the creation of three new Power Platform applications while sustaining five live production apps used daily by program offices. You’ll set architectural direction, enforce standards, and drive ALM across environments.

The role blends architecture with hands-on delivery, serving as the technical authority for the Power Platform, guiding production operations, and ensuring long-term maintainability and transfer to internal staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience implementing managed-solution ALM across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for a federal public trust background check.
• Ability to perform all work from within the United States.

We’re looking for a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the development of three new Microsoft Power Platform applications while providing technical leadership and sustainment for five live applications used daily by program offices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both architecture and real-world delivery. You’ll serve as the technical authority across the Power Platform environment, making architecture and design decisions, establishing strong ALM practices, supporting production operations, and helping ensure the solutions are sustainable for the long term.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture and development of three new Power Platform applications.
• Provide technical oversight and sustainment for five existing production applications.

• Establish reliable, maintainable solutions that can ultimately be transitioned to internal staff for long-term ownership and support.

MUST-HAVES

• 7+ years of experience working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Strong hands‑on experience implementing managed‑solution ALM across separate Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain a federal public trust background investigation.
• Ability to perform all work from within the United States.

Preferred Experience

Federal delivery experience is strongly preferred.

Experience inheriting an existing Power Platform environment, improving its reliability, establishing sustainable practices, and bringing order to a complex application estate is especially valuable.
