Luna Data Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Intune Engineer for a long-term contract hybrid opportunity in Jackson, MS.

You will plan, configure, implement and support Microsoft Intune, Entra/Azure AD, and Enterprise MDM across devices with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise integration. You will build enrollment and compliance policies, address device security, and provide knowledge transfer while collaborating with IT staff to modernize deployment processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.

Responsibilities

• Configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with internal security standards.

Job description

Luna Data Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Intune Engineer for a long term contract opportunity in Jackson MS.

• Mostly remote, occasional onsite in Jackson, MS
• 12 month contract initially, extension possible

Will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include:

• Configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with internal security standards.
• Work collaboratively with IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer.

Preferred Background

• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint Management.
• Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
