Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Microsoft Strategic Growth Architect to lead Microsoft-driven transformation initiatives across AI, cloud, data, and digital offerings. You will build trusted executive relationships, shape opportunities, and drive co-sell programs that boost pipeline and revenue.

The role requires travel and deep expertise in Azure, Fabric, and enterprise AI. You will collaborate across sales, alliances, and delivery teams to mature business cases and growth strategies, leveraging

Qualifications

15+ years of consulting, professional services, business development, alliance, sales engineering, or enterprise transformation experience.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Data & AI, and app modernization.
Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
Experience collaborating across sales, alliances, account teams, delivery organizations, and industry practices.
Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, open-weight models, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise application ecosystems preferred.
Microsoft certifications strongly preferred.
