Job summary

RSM is seeking a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to support our growing Dynamics 365 CE practice and assist a broad client base. This role emphasizes requirement gathering, design, and development within an Agile/SureStep environment, with a focus on delivering value to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CE experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a plus.
• Experience with Scribe is a plus.
• SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus.
• Experience with Field Service.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
