We’re looking for a Business Central Administrator to support, administer, and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications. This role will partner closely with finance, operations, product owners, business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and data teams to support daily operations, troubleshoot issues, manage configuration, document processes, and deliver practical system improvements.
This position blends hands‑on ERP administration with business analysis and application support. You’ll help manage user access, troubleshoot system issues, support configuration changes, coordinate testing, maintain documentation, improve data quality, and ensure Business Central supports efficient, consistent, and scalable business processes.

- Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support day-to-day Business Central administration, including user support, role and permission coordination, configuration maintenance, issue triage, environment support, and coordination of system updates or changes.
- Support ERP Business Processes and Enhancements
- Work with finance, operations, purchasing, inventory, service, and other business teams to understand processes, gather requirements, document pain points, and translate needs into clear functional requirements and practical system improvements.
- Bridge Business Central, Salesforce, Reporting, and Integrations
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT delivery resources across Business Central, Salesforce, reporting, data, and related integrations to ensure upstream and downstream impacts are understood before changes are made.
- Coordinate Testing, Releases, and User Readiness
- Support requirements validation, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect clarification, release notes, training readiness, and stakeholder communications for Business Central enhancements, integrations, and updates.
- Improve Data Quality, Controls, and Documentation
- Maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration notes, support procedures, data standards, and control documentation. Identify data quality issues, process gaps, and opportunities to simplify, standardize, or strengthen ERP processes.
- Support Intake, Prioritization, and Continuous Improvement
- Partner with product owners and delivery teams to manage enhancement intake, clarify scope, refine requirements, prioritize work, and support iterative delivery using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Loop, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Must have the Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Certification
- Minimum of 3 years in a Business Central administrator, ERP administrator, business systems analyst, functional analyst, or related application support role
- Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration, including user support, permissions, configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, data quality, and enhancement intake
- Experience supporting ERP business processes such as finance, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, inventory, jobs/projects, service operations, or related workflows
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification, Business Analysis certification, Agile certification, or Project Management certification is a plus
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration and administration concepts, including users, roles, permission sets, dimensions, workflows, posting groups, approval processes, reporting, data imports/exports, and environment support
- Experience with work tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Loop, SharePoint, or similar platforms
- Understanding of ERP integrations, financial and operational reporting, SDLC, user acceptance testing, data validation, audit controls, and reporting concepts; Power BI exposure is a plus
