Microsoft D365 F&O Lead Supply Chain Management Consultant

As a Lead Consultant with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain experience, you can expect to:
- Engage in value-adding business and application consultancy that meet the client needs.
- Lead D365 Supply Chain implementations from analysis phase and onward with minimal supervision from the Functional Solution Architect in a highly visible, client-facing role.
- Implement and configure Supply Chain modules of D365 for F&O.
- Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope.
- Carry out prototyping plans, document procedures, and communicate with your team.
- Define functional requirements and design documents for developers; finalize and sign off on FRD and FDD; perform unit and system testing, and deployment planning.
- Drive the team to resolve issues during testing and QA phases, and test enhancements for end-user acceptance and accuracy.
- Organize and manage the entire training cycle; train power users and end users on efficient solution use, sharing tips and tricks.
- Travel to client sites as necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Consultant.
- Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365 implementation projects.
- Ability to guide others in developing and reviewing gap/fit analyses to ensure project success.
- Deep understanding of D365 Solution functionality related to client requirements.
- Ability to derive effective and scalable designs.
- Expertise in configuration and customizations in D365 Solution.
- Confidence in guiding the development of functional specifications and documentation.
- Ability to manage testing, QA, and training phases of projects.
