As a D365 Functional Solution Architect, you will...

• Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects, implementing various modules of D365 for Finance and Operations.
• Lead the D365 SCM Workstream.
• Perform the Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role during the analysis phase of a D365 F&O implementation.
• Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops.
• Estimate enterprise-level projects accurately, including resources and skillsets required.
• Create the Solution Blueprint document, perform Fit/Gap analysis, and conduct Business Process Analysis.
• Serve as solution advisor during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ensure formal testing and issue resolution processes, focusing on functional architecture and integration points.
• Finalize and sign off on functional specifications, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• Ensure training covers all relevant topics for successful client use and maintenance.
• Act as escalation point for support issues during and after projects.
• Adhere to and improve implementation methodologies; share best practices.
• Travel as required by client and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O implementations, deployment, and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience in assessment, analysis, business case development, planning, deployment, and benefits analysis.
• Strong ERP background in supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution; WMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country implementations.
• Proven ability to deliver business value at an executive level.
• Trusted voice in decision-making.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ISV solutions.
• Ability to switch between high-level review and detailed implementation tasks.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
