A leading company is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, leading implementations, and ensuring best practices in solution design. This remote position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on client success and project management.
A Lead Solution Architect (LSA) plays a crucial role from implementation to go-live for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. The LSA collaborates with D365 Enterprise prospects and clients to review requirements, business processes, and existing solutions. They recommend specific business process changes and appropriate technology solutions, including integrations and ISV solutions, for successful project deployment. Additionally, the LSA assists with estimating timelines, budgets, and associated costs during the presales process.
During implementations, the LSA serves in an active advisory role to lead the functional team on solution design, ensuring best practices for D365 F&SCM configuration and development. LSA work spans across all workstreams to ensure the entire solution meets project scope and requirements. Typically, the LSA supports two or more projects at one given time. In this role you will be expected to facilitate discussions, establish group consensus, communicate at a senior level, and represent Columbus as team leader and business expert. The LSA is a trusted advisor to clients and interacts with users at all levels, including C-level executives.
