As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You utilize your knowledge to develop top-performing teams, solve complex problems, and deliver quality results, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience
• At least one of the following certifications related to ERP or CRM workstream: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Finance, Fundamentals (ERP), or Sales, Customer Insights, Fundamentals (CRM)
• Ability to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architects, clients, and engineering teams to deliver quality products and implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Specialist (preferred)
• Experience managing the entire project lifecycle and resources
• Experience serving as the global point of contact on application design
• Experience creating functional specifications and design documents
• Experience estimating requirements and solution designs
• Experience participating in testing and quality reviews
• Experience conducting Joint Application Design workshops
• Experience architecting solutions and collaborating with technical teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft BI suite and SSRS reporting services
