Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 8 years of experience
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in D365 F&O Trade and Logistics or other modules; Microsoft LCS or Sure Step Certification.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, designing, and implementing D365 solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft BI, MS SQL Server, SSRS, and related tools.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, other D365 modules, ISVs like Dynaway EAM, AxTension, Sana eCommerce, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Leadership Skills

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying D365 application modules.
• Managing client relationships and project resources.
• Leading teams through the D365 implementation lifecycle.
• Supervising and coaching staff, fostering trust, and encouraging innovation.
