Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College seeks a senior Cloud Architect/Administrator to lead the design, deployment, and security of the college’s Microsoft cloud and on-premises hybrid environment. You will own identity governance, Entra ID, and M365 services across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Purview, and Teams, while guiding Power Platform initiatives and strategic cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of work experience managing Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud platforms.
• Five or more years of experience as a Windows systems administrator or engineer.
• Five or more years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Five or more years of experience with Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Advanced experience with SSO, Group Policy, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with SQL Server and SharePoint technologies.
• Advanced scripting experience using PowerShell to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the planning, testing, configuration, deployment, maintenance, security, support, and administration of Microsoft cloud services and on-premises systems.
• Lead, implement, and support M365 SaaS applications including Exchange Online, Purview, SharePoint, Security & Compliance, and Teams.
• Own identity management and governance including provisioning and lifecycle process integrations.
• Administer Entra ID and related features including user management, licensing, app registrations, and SAML SSO.
• Oversee Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance; support Graph, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.
• Provide tier-3 escalation support for M365-related incidents and train users.
