Our work depends on a Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator joining our team to support and implementation of Microsoft365 (Microsoft Teams). This candidate will be responsible for the availability of Microsoft Teams environments.

HOW A MICROSOFT 365 TEAMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems

● Primary responsibilities

  • Ensuring the availability, accessibility, and functionality of Microsoft Teams
  • Support deployment of M365 infrastructure as required
  • Work with current staff on the activation and/or migration of users to Microsoft Teams
  • Handle technical related escalations from system administrators and project staff
  • Understand and support the end user experience through service desk coordination and enablement of request and restoration activities
  • Participate in discussions to coordinate integration and migration planning
  • Perform advance software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages


● Additional responsibilities

  • Develop technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures. Provide interpretation to systems matters that are moderately complex in nature.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for system hardware and software issues that are highly complex in scope.
  • Train end users on the proper use of hardware and software. May train large groups of end users.
  • Perform advance software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
  • Apply advanced knowledge in monitoring and tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced personnel on workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.
  • Conduct advanced to complex hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in job area typically through advanced education and work experience. Manage projects with limited oversight from manager.



WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; OR Certifications and Training may be considered in lieu of degree
● Required Experience: Three (3+) minimum years of Microsoft Skype or Microsoft Teams support experience, or a combination of both
● Required Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with hardware and software testing, integration, installation, configuration, and problem solving; especially for Windows 11 clients and Windows Server
● Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient with the Design, install, implementation, support, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • Proficient with PowerShell and other scripting skills used to automate processes and reporting
  • Hands-on experience supporting solutions with Microsoft Azure AD and AD Connect
  • Experience with SharePoint Online as related to Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with supporting Unified Communications (UC), VoIP, SIP, PSTN telephony solutions

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
