Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Systems Engineer I to administer and support our Microsoft cloud and on‑premises environment. You will manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID, plus Intune packaging and Azure resources, with a focus on reliability, governance, and security.

The role requires hands‑on Microsoft 365 experience, strong SharePoint/Teams skills, project coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience as a systems engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune packaging, Azure resources, and hybrid identity support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 apps including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and governance in the Admin Center.
• Maintain Entra ID and hybrid identity services, MFA and SSO.
• Administer Intune enrollment, Autopilot, and Win32 packages.
• Maintain Azure resources, AD, DNS/DHCP, and patching tasks.
• Troubleshoot security, Defender, and Purview controls; monitor health.
• Develop scripts and workflows with PowerShell, Graph, and Power Automate.
• Coordinate projects, tasks, timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates.
