Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with Microsoft 365 in an admin or support role.
• Interest in developing Microsoft 365 administration skills including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, checklists, troubleshooting steps, and engineering guidance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to balance tickets, project support, administrative tasks, and learning objectives in a consulting environment.
• Awareness of Microsoft 365 security concepts such as MFA and Conditional Access.
• Exposure to PowerShell or willingness to learn basic scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 customer environments through assigned tasks, basic administration, and ticket-based work.
• Assist Engineers and Senior Engineers with customer engagements, project activities, assessments, and implementation support.
• Perform surface-level tenant reviews, basic health checks, configuration validation, and research using provided guidance and checklists.
