Job summary

TekPillar is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint & Power Platform professional for a contract-based opportunity to support digital transformation and business-process automation.

Active Secret-level security clearance required. Responsibilities include developing and administering Microsoft SharePoint and 365 environments, building Power Apps, and creating Power Automate workflows for automated processes across Dataverse and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing and deploying Microsoft 365 / Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, APIs, SQL, connectors and SharePoint architecture.
• Experience in workflow automation, troubleshooting and solution deployment.
• Strong communication and requirements-gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and administer Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Build and maintain Power Apps applications for business processes.
• Develop Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, routing and automation.
• Create integrated solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Microsoft 365.
• Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions and information architecture.
• Integrate Microsoft solutions with APIs, SQL, Dataverse, connectors and other enterprise data sources.
• Work with users and process owners to understand requirements and digitize manual processes.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, version control and solution lifecycle management.
• Provide technical documentation, user guidance and knowledge transfer.
