• Microsoft 365 tenant administration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Power Platform administration and canvas/model-driven apps, governance and DLP.
• Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management configurations.
• Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities configuration and support.
• Strong documentation, runbook creation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Design and implement governance frameworks for M365/Power Platform.
• Tenant-level and solution architecture experience for M365 and related Azure services.
