Job summary
SanMar-Internal is looking for an M365 Administrator to oversee the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure and optimized services for users across the organization. This role involves maintaining services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as implementing security policies and supporting the team’s operational needs.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and possess certifications such as MS-102 or MS-700. A strong ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is also essential.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Microsoft certifications: MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, or AZ-104 required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
- Monitor service health, capacity, and performance; respond to incidents.
